What we collect

When you send a tour request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, the tour you are interested in, departure city, preferred start date, number of travellers, accommodation preference and any notes you add.

When you use the trip planner we process the dates, departure city, trip length, group details and interests you enter in order to suggest matching itineraries.

Why we use it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry with an itinerary and a price, and to arrange your trip if you decide to travel with us. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in this website's own database, which only our team can read after signing in. Messages you choose to send by WhatsApp or email are stored in those accounts.

The trip planner sends the trip details you enter to an AI service in order to generate suggestions. Do not include sensitive personal information in that form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for planning or supporting a trip, and booking records for as long as needed for our accounts. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We advertise on Google. To see which adverts bring travellers to this site, the Google Ads tag records that a visit led to a price request being sent. The data shared with Google Ads is used for measuring and improving our advertising, including the performance of our adverts; it does not include your name, email address or phone number.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec are asked for permission in a cookie notice before advertising cookies are used, and nothing is stored on your device for advertising if you decline. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. Google explains how it handles this data at business.safety.google/privacy.

Some pages embed a Google Maps route map, and web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; those providers may receive your IP address when the page loads.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.
