About this website

This website presents private tours arranged by Morocco Sahara Trips. Itineraries, driving times, stops and accommodation descriptions are indicative: they describe how a route normally runs and are adapted to your dates, the season and road conditions.

A request is not a booking

Sending a request through this website, the trip planner or WhatsApp does not reserve any date and does not create a booking. No payment is taken through this website.

After your request we reply with a proposed itinerary and a price for your group. A booking exists only once you accept that itinerary and price in writing and we confirm it back to you.

Prices

Because every tour is private, prices depend on the route, the number of days, the size of your group, the accommodation level and the departure city. For that reason no prices are published on this website; each trip is quoted individually in writing.

Payment

To secure your reservation, a deposit of €100–€200 is required. The exact amount is stated in your final quotation and depends on the total booking value and the services you choose.

The deposit can be paid securely through PayPal. The remaining balance is normally paid in cash directly to your driver at the start of the tour.

Card payment can also be arranged. A 5% processing fee applies to payments made by card.

Your booking is fully confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent with the final itinerary, desert camp details and payment summary.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation when you cancel more than 20 days before the tour date.

For cancellations made 10–20 days before departure, 50% of the deposit can be refunded.

Cancellations made fewer than 10 days before the tour are non-refundable.

Date changes may be possible depending on availability, and we always try to stay flexible when travel plans change.

If you need to change dates or details after confirming, contact us as early as possible and we will tell you what is possible for your itinerary.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for valid travel documents, any visas required for your nationality, and travel insurance. We strongly recommend insurance that covers medical care, cancellation and lost luggage.

Please tell us about medical conditions, mobility needs, dietary requirements or anything else that affects how your trip should be planned.

Things outside our control

Weather, road closures in the Atlas passes, strikes, and other events outside our control can require changes to a route on the day. Where that happens we look for the closest reasonable alternative and keep you informed.
