The itinerary of the 4-day tour from Marrakech to Fes.
Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Boumalne Dades
We will pick you up from your riad to begin the 4-day desert excursion from Marrakech to Fes. After that, we’ll go via the tourist area on the way to Boumale Dades. Initially, we’ll make a visit at the Agran oil cooperative after traveling over the High Atlas Mountains. You can take in the alpine scenery as we go into the Tizi-N-Tichka mountain range.
Next, we’ll go to the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. It has mud-brick architecture and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will also tour the Ouarzazate film studio, where hit films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones are made. After that, we go to Skoura to see Amerhidil Kasbah.
After that, we’ll change to Rose Valley and then go to Boumalne Dades via car. You will spend the night at a local Riad here.
Day 2: Boumalne Dades – Toudra Gorges – Merzouga Desert
We resume our 4 days tour from Marrakech to Fes after breakfast. The major tourist destinations are seen while traveling to the desert. Therefore, we’ll go toward the Toudra Gorges. It is situated between the river and its tall granite walls, away from rock climbers. At the Berber settlement of Touroug, you will also go to the cooperative that makes Berber clothing.
In addition, you will see the irrigation system as we go to the Merzouga desert and the fossil city of Erfoud. You’ll be greeted with mint tea and go on a camel trekking adventure. You may enjoy the camp’s great local cuisine for supper while listening to music by the campfire beneath the sky.
Day 3: Merzouga Desert Tour
From Marrakech to Fes, a 4-day desert trip includes a desert tour exploration. You will explore the majority of desert attractions after breakfast. You will start by visiting the Mali-born black residents’ settlement of Khamlia. Both their way of life and their traditional music are available for you to learn about.
Secondly, we will go off-road to plateaus in the black desert that are home to salt lakes, Mifis mines, and volcanic stones. We’ll also go to a nomad family that makes their own tents. You will learn about this family’s everyday activities and be introduced to them. You’ll then have a Berber pizza at a conventional restaurant. After that, you will go to a palm tree grave.

Day 4: Merzouga – Ifrane – Fes
After breakfast, you’ll go to Rissani. When you stroll through its historic market, you’ll see hundreds of handmade items. Moreover, we’ll stop at Ziz Valley to see its oasis at the bottom of the valley. Then after lunch, we’ll go to Cedar Forest from Apple City.
